From June 14th to September 13th. Meal Plan reservations are preferred from Saturday to Saturday. We will book shorter stays. Housekeeping reservations are available from Saturday to Saturday only.

Enjoy a Sunday afternoon pontoon cruise with evening fish fry dinner. Tour West Bay / West Arm aboard our new 24ft pontoon boat and enjoy the great scenery. Learn a little history about Lake Nipissing and Memquisit Lodge. Finish off the afternoon with a great fish dinner at the Main Lodge.   PRICE: $35.00 per person. (minimum of 6, maximum of 10 person)

We accept Cash, Canadian, U.S and Euro currency. Foreign currency will be exchanged at a competitive rate. We also accept Debit, Visa, Mastercard and American Express. Taxes and gratuities are extra and not included in any of our rates.

Housekeeping and Meal Plan Package prices are subject to 5% Ontario Sales Tax and 6% Goods and Services Tax (G.S.T). All other charges posted on rate card are subject to 8% Ontario Sales Tax and 6% Goods and Services Tax (G.S.T).

Guests Responsibility

Guests are responsible for total cost of reservation package as per their confirmation. Notice to the office must be given prior to their arrival if there are any changes to cabin(s), number of persons per cabin, length of stay, or amount of boats/motors as per their confirmation. Guests are responsible for all damages incurred during their stay. Credit card imprint(s) will be taken on check-in and a security deposit will be held in trust during your stay. (Security deposit will be fully refundable on check-out pending there are no damages). Our guests are expected to keep our cabins and any rental equipment clean.

Any outstanding charges by a member upon check-out will be charged to the credit card on file unless each person has a credit card posted to their account. If there is no credit card posted to any group members account the group leader will become responsible for any outstanding charges.

Deposit Requirements

To secure a Meal Plan reservation we will need a deposit of $250.00 per person for a weekly reservation and $100.00 per person for a shorter stay reservation.

To secure a Housekeeping reservation we will need a deposit of $300.00 per cottage for a weekly reservation and $100.00 for a shorter stay reservation.

Cancellation Policy

Reservations will be guaranteed only after required deposit has been received. Your authorization to use your Credit Card number for your deposit indicates you agree with our reservation terms and conditions. We accept check, money order or major credit cards.

After your deposit has been received should you need to cancel your reservation you may do so up to ninety (90) days prior to your arrival and be refunded your full deposit less 15% administration charge. Your deposit is non-refundable and non transferable if the reservation is cancelled within ninety (90) days of your arrival date. Your deposit may be 50% refundable if we are able to re-book prior to your check-in date. If after your deposit has been received no cancellation notice is given we will process the entire amount of the reservation on the credit card on file according to the confirmation. If any member of your group does not stay or cancels, it will result in an additional charge for the remaining persons in that cottage. (applicable to all reservation packages ).
